Political update Feb 13
The current state of political flux:
- The president's approval is above 50%
- He will propose a budget on monday with cap of domestic spending at 2008 levels
- Ron Paul won the CPAC straw poll.
- Egypt is over, and it looks like the WH strategy worked.
- Mubarak stepped down in time to eliminate embarrassment over Panetta's "He's going to leave" moment.
